If your pet has been seen recently at VMC and is experiencing an urgent medical complication or change in status, you may contact our medical team using this form during the hours when our facility is not accepting incoming calls or admissions.
Please note, this form is for the use of current clients/patients only. If your pet is determined not to be a current patient, there will be no further communication from the facility, and you will need to contact us again via phone during our normal hours of operation.
